CBI ® Through-Hole indicators

There are over 2,500 different types of circuit board indicators for through-hole applications in a wide variety of packages, including top-view or right-angle and horizontal or vertical arrays. Available in lens sizes from 2 mm - 5 mm for both direct-view and backlighting applications. LED types include low-current, high-efficiency, or super-bright versions, either tinted, clear, diffused or non-diffused.

microLED ® SMT LEDs

Our microLED offering of discrete SMT LEDs includes a wide range of packages in chip-LED and PLCC configurations with a full range of LED options and colors including the latest AlInGaP and InGaN technology. They are available as lead free and RoHS compliant and packaging options of strips of 20 pieces each for prototyping or 7” reels for production runs.

Prism® SMT Indicators

Dialight’s Prism line is the industry standard for surface mount indicators with integrated optics. They are compatible with automated pick-and-place equipment and reflow soldering processes and are Lead-free and RoHS compliant. Our patented design incorporates process survivable optics, eliminating the cost of adding secondary optics after the soldering process. They are available in both single and bi-level configurations.

Optopipe ® Light Pipes

Optopipes are optical conduits that direct the light from an LED indicator to the viewing location, usually at a right angle from the circuit board. With over 100 different styles available as singles or arrays, they provide ESD protection, custom looks and enable edge mounting of jacks and other components. If a standard device doesn't meet your requirements, talk to our optics experts about developing a custom light pipe that we can produce in our own facilities.
